We procure from various sellers. They are either artisanal, organic or natural.

Most of our sellers are artisanal or at best, medium scale. They operate on very tight margins and also believe in sharing their profits with the farmers and locals. So unlike big brands, we normally discourage discounts.
Here, you will find produce that is curated and hand-picked. We bank on the authenticity and genuineness of our sellers and their produce. Our sellers are artisan and passionate about what they are doing. For them, more than a source of business, producing organic/natural is a way to promote sustainability, inculcate healthy eating habits and help the farmers.
We urge you to explore and read their backstories and engage with them.
When you shop at 98fields, you are doing your bit for a better world – and we don’t just mean it as a cliched phrase.
Perishables are delivered only to certain pincodes. If an item is not deliverable to your pincode, you won’t be able to add it to your cart.
Same day or overnight delivery is not why you should shop with us. Unlike, let’s say your mobile phone buying experience, our sellers pride themselves in the freshness of their produce. In a lot of cases, the making and packing takes place only after receiving an order. Also, our sellers being small players, are often working on stretched resources.
So though we try our best to rush your orders, it might take 2-5 days.
When you place an order:

  2. The seller prepares and dispatches the order.
  3. In case the order cannot be processed for any reason whatsoever, you will be informed at the earliest and your money refunded.

We try to make sure the inventory at 98fields is always up to date. However, in case an item you ordered is unavailable, you’ll be notified of the same immediately.
Our sellers either use their own shipping partners or avail the services of a 98fields shipping partner. We charge shipping fee of INR 50 for orders below INR 800. Orders amounting to over INR 800 are shipped free. However, different sellers have their own terms and conditions, make sure you are aware of these over and above our overall terms and conditions.
If you do not receive your order, please contact us and we shall resolve the issue as best as we can.
If the product gets damaged in transit, then the supplier replaces it. However, if a customer says that they are not happy with the quality of the product, we do not allow a refund or return.
