For long, Jatin and Annand were in search of an idea that could eternalise their love for the mountains. Being ‘Pahadis’, or mountain dwellers themselves, they were very versed with local produce and the benefits one could derive from regular consumption of the same. The aim was to create a niche for some salubrious products indigenous to the Himalayas, chiefly belonging to the trans Himalayan (Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir) region.
Like most such journeys, they first started with friends and family trying out their variety of teas and other products. What they offered was well received and demand kept growing. Divine Himalayas was formally launched in 2017. The passion and love for what they are doing is very much evident in the purity, quality and even the packaging of their products.
