A refreshing citrus flavoured cup, the tangy notes of lemongrass are well complemented by the cooling notes of mint. The leaves when brewed, exude the aroma of fresh mint and lemongrass, and brew a beautiful bright cup. This tea is great to detox and restores your body with the natural diuretic properties of lemongrass, and the anti-inflammatory properties of mint.

Brewing instructions: Boil one cup of water at 90°C. Use one tea bag per cup of hot water. Stir the tea once, and then let it steep for 3 minutes. Stir again halfway through. Remove the tea bags. Your tea is now ready to drink! Brewing it correctly means that it will be a proper blend of sweet and sour, but if you’d like a sweeter taste, add a teaspoon of honey and stir well before drinking. If you want to have the iced version of the tea, let the tea cool at room temperature. Later you can add ice cubes based on your preference.
